Clean Machine

Imagine being the videographer at a wedding, and the photographer is extensively using their flash. This will lead to overexposed frames in the video which severely degrades the captured footage. However, since this is a wedding, there is no second take and we somehow need to fix our material. This is where Clean Machine comes into the picture, it automatically detects and fixes these overexposed/corrupted frames.

I provided the underlying technology to make this happen which is the byproduct of a multi-year effort for a different problem, and I am grateful that Gabriel Huang took the initial prototype and created the demo that you can find below.
